Delete Your Account

Delete in the App

Open the Courier King app and sign in.

Tap Account.

Tap Delete your account, type DELETE in the box, then tap Delete my account and confirm when asked a second time.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on that device.

Delete on the Web

You do not need the app. Sign in at mycourierking.com/account with your mobile number and password, then select Delete your account and confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.

Request Deletion

If you can no longer sign in, for example because you have changed your number or removed the app, submit a request below. We will contact you to confirm that you hold the account, and will complete the deletion within thirty (30) days of confirmation. We do not delete an account on the strength of this form alone, so that no one can delete another person’s account.

What Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently delete:

• your name, mobile number, email address and password;
• Item photographs and proof-of-delivery photographs associated with your account;
• location history, including any Driver location data;
• push notification tokens for your devices; and
• for Drivers, your profile, vehicle details and uploaded documents, except as described in Section 5.

Item and proof-of-delivery photographs added before 20 October 2026 are removed from every record and are no longer linked anywhere in Courier King, but their stored copy cannot yet be erased from our file storage.

What Is Retained

Financial records. Records of completed Deliveries, payments, refunds and payouts are retained for seven (7) years, as required for tax, accounting and payment-network purposes. These records are retained with your name and contact details removed.

Background checks. For Drivers, background check records held by us or by Checkr, Inc. are retained for the period required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable state law.

Legal obligations. We may retain information where necessary to resolve an open claim or dispute, prevent fraud, or comply with a legal obligation, and only for as long as that purpose requires.

Payment processor. Stripe, Inc. retains its own records of payments and payout accounts under its privacy policy and legal obligations.

Conditions

An account cannot be deleted while a Delivery it is party to is in progress. Complete or cancel the Delivery first; cancellation fees may apply as described in the Terms of Service.

Deleting your account does not cancel amounts already owed for completed Deliveries, or Driver earnings already due, which will be paid out in the ordinary course.
